Useful information:
For overnight stays with breakfast, without half board, € 15,- per person per night will be deducted.
An additional amount of € 5,- per person and night can be added for allergen-free food or special dietary requirements. It is necessary to inform us before booking.
A visitor's tax of € 3.00 per person per night (from 14 years of age) must be added to the indicated prices. This tax is payable locally.
Dogs are also welcome. In order to guarantee all guests a clean and hygienic room, we charge a one-off fee of € 10 per dog for stays of up to two nights or € 25 per dog for stays of 3 nights or more.
Reductions for our small guests sharing a room with two adults:
- up to 2 years 80 % discount
- from 3 to 6 years 50 % discount
- from 7 to 12 years 30 % discount
- if only 1 adult with 1 child in the room 20 % discount
Check-in from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out until 10.30 a.m.
Cancellation policy:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation until 70 days prior the day of arrival: free of charge
From 70 to 36 days before arrival: 30% of the booking amount
From 35 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount
From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the booking amount
In case of a no-show, or of a lower number of people than booked, or of delayed arrival or early departure: the full amount of the reservation must be paid.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, we recommend you to take out the HGV Travel Cancellation Cover which we will be happy to take out on your behalf as soon as we receive your premium payment transfer, together with the deposit.
