- An additional amount of € 5,- per person and night can be added for allergen-free food or special dietary requirements. It is necessary to inform us before booking. - For overnight just with breakfast we will subtract € 15,00 per person per night. Total amount: € XXX We ask you to transfer us a deposit. You will find all information about it a few lines below. Prices shown will from 1.1.2014 attract a local tax of € 3,00 per person (aged 14 years and over) per night, payable on departure. We also welcome dogs in our hotel. In order to guarantee a hygienic room to all our guests we charge € 20,00 per dog for the whole stay. We recommend you to bring your dog basket.

Cancellation policy: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: • Cancellation until 70 days prior the day of arrival: free of charge • From 70 to 36 days before arrival: 30% of the booking amount • From 35 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount • From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the booking amount • In case of a no-show, or of a lower number of people than booked, or of delayed arrival or early departure: the full amount of the reservation must be paid. Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)
