4-Course Dinner

Walter & Markus are responsible for the culinary well-being at Hotel Drei Birken. Together, they bring classic dishes from Grandma's recipe book modernly interpreted to the plate. 60 years, 3 generations later and yet the tradition of the region & the house remains intact.
